Surface Transforms has recently completed an R&D project in conjunction with the Briggs Automotive Company and supported by the Niche Vehicle Network. This project was based on developing a ceramic disc replacement for the original iron brake disc matching performance, durability and disc size on a like-for-like basis whilst achieving a 50% weight saving.
